The story of F.A.M begins with Marine Corps Veteran Damian and Entrepreneurial Partner Jeff, who crossed paths during their journey to become NFLPA Certified Contract advisors. As fate would have it, they quickly bonded over shared values and beliefs. Both believed that family should always come first, and they were tired of seeing people being taken advantage of.

Forever Athlete Management was a name that did not come quickly but they immediately knew it was perfect for their values and ethos. It embodies its name in two meaningful ways. The first is our commitment to the word 'Forever.' We stand by your side from the earliest stages of college decision-making to planning for retirement after your professional sports career.

The second part of our name is encapsulated in our acronym, FAM, representing what we value each person within our agency as—Family.
